Two weeks ago, I set out to reintroduce Le Dolci to this wonderful city, and today I want to leave you with one simple invitation: come bake with us.

Le Dolci has always been more than a culinary school to me. It's a gathering place — a warm, flour-dusted corner of Toronto where anyone, at any age and any skill level, can make something beautiful with their hands and share it with people they care about.
