Toronto Sun. The pleasure of pizza for Valentine's Day

Toronto Sun. The pleasure of pizza for Valentine's Day

And this isn’t your usual pepperoni, anchovy and cheese deal: Le Dolci Bakery  recently partnered with a team of beautiful and inspiring single women to create the delightful Cake Pizza – so cute you  don’t want to eat it, but delicious in every bite.

Le Dolci is a small family run bakery and culinary classroom which opened its doors in 2011. Along with selling cakes at their various locations plus online, they host culinary classes, summer camps and baking bootcamps, too. “Single women will be meeting up this Valentine’s day for wine and sweets so why not have a beautiful cake pizza for these  amazing, beautiful ladies to enjoy too,” says, Le Dolci owner Lisa Sanguedolce. Great for hungry lovebirds, families and  those looking for a special something for a special someone.

The cake costs $69 and is only available by pre-order in limited quantities and until Feb 14th; can also be delivered across the GTA or picked up at any of Le Dolci’s 3 locations: The Junction (12 Sousa Mendes), Scarborough Town Centre Mall or at the  company’s factory location at 2700 Dufferin St., Unit 13, in the Dufferin and Castlefield area of the city.
