One of our favourite ways to dress up a cake is to drip chocolate ganache along the sides.
Simple and elegant. Yet, we know from our years of experience that the drip isn't always the easiest accessory to master. Too thin and it looks like dirty water streaming down your cake. Too thick and it globs along your edges.
That's why we're excited to introduce ourChocolate Drip & Sprinkles class! Over two days, you'll learn to re-create one of our hottest selling cakes - The Danie.
You'll start with learning to whip up our signature chocolate cake and Swiss meringue buttercream. On Day 2, you'll master decorating techniques - piping pristine swirls and adding just the right amount of sprinkles.
And, of course, you'll learn the secrets behind the perfect drip - chocolate-to-cream ratios for that just right consistency, drip tips and some troubleshooting tricks, too.
