Chocolate Masterclass: Level 2 is in session
If you've taken our Level 1 Chocolate Masterclass and enjoyed it, this next step is for you! Our 3 hour comprehensive with Chef Heather Brown will teach you how to work with tempered chocolate, cocoa butter, and polycarbonate molds. You'll make your bonbons a SMASHING success. ⬅️ Check out one of our class videos!
You'll paint, cast, fill, cap, and un-mold your own beautiful bonbons + splatter, paint, and swirl for a gorgeous effect. This class also teaches you how to create fruit and nut barks with rich variety.
You'll leave this class with:
- 10 colourful bonbons with 2 types of fillings
- A variety of chocolate bark garnished with toppings of your choice
- knowledge and confidence to work with chocolate at a higher level
