An amazing and confidence building introduction to bread: Challah. You'll master this delicious braided bread in just one class, and have the skills to do it again, in two different styles!
In this 2 hour beginner class you'll learn how to mix, prove, and braid your own challah dough. One of our talented chefs will teach you the fundamentals of yeast and why it's important to a recipe. You'll learn different braiding techniques and how to make a dessert variation of challah called babka, and a delicious babka crumble.
You'll leave the class with two unproved loaves that you can bake at home to fill your surroundings with the delicious smell of bread. Plus get our challah and crumble recipes emailed to you so you can make them over and over again.
