In this immersive “monkey see, monkey do” format, you’ll work alongside the chef, learning through demonstration and hands-on practice. You’ll prepare and roll classic cannoli dough, make fresh ricotta, fry the shells to a golden crisp, and finish with professional filling and decoration techniques. The session emphasizes precision, texture, and flavor balance — essential skills for any pastry or culinary professional.
