In this 2-Course Italian Class, guests will learn how to craft a traditional pasta dish from scratch, paired with a simple, flavourful sauce, and finish the experience by creating a classic tiramisù for dessert.

Whether you’re a pasta lover or a dessert enthusiast, this class blends authentic Italian techniques, fresh ingredients, and Chef Erica’s signature flair — all in a fun, interactive setting.  Perfect for foodies, date nights, or anyone looking to bring a taste of Italy home!

All ingredients and equipment is provided, you do not need to bring anything with you. Our chef will ensure that you work at a pace suitable for you.
