She traded her stilettos for steel-toe boots when she left NYC with her husband and three daughters almost 10 years ago. Life on the country side at Buttonwood Farm in New Jersey has provided a fantastic playground for this life-long learner with boundless energy and curiosity.

Nathalie studied beekeeping at Rutgers and clinical herbalism with internationally acclaimed herbalist David Winston. She raises hens and grows medicinal plants and vegetables. When she is not spending her days working outside with her English Shepherd, Sunny, she likes to volunteer and support various causes, including raising money for kids with her daughter's condition via hosting lemonade stands for Alex's Lemonade Foundation for Childhood Cancer.
