Our stuffed gnocchi class is perfect for beginners. You'll learn how to make your own gnocchi dough, then how to fill your gnocchi and how to make other gnocchi shapes! You'll cook your gnocchi in class and serve it in a red sauce. Gnocchi dinner is served family style with breadsticks and salad 🍽️ oh AND a glass of 🍷
You will go home with:
- Roughly 12 pieces of stuffed spinach ricotta gnocchi, or stuffed and unstuffed gnocchi based on the your choosing
- An understanding of pasta doughs, how to make different shapes, and how to bake pasta
- A belly full of yummy gnocchi
