If you've decided to roll up your sleeves and master this classic, we're here to make it fun and easy. In this 2 hour class we make the base of the dough ahead of time so you can focus on the perfect rolling technique.
In this class you'll learn:
- How to layer butter into dough + the science behind lamination
- How to make and roll laminated dough
- How to use every day kitchen tools to achieve a delicious croissant
- How much butter goes into your yummy morning croissant (!)
You'll get to take home a dozen or so beautifully rolled, unbaked croissants, to bake in your oven. Warning! It will make your home smell delicious. Plus we provide you with everything you need so come as you are.
