RECIPE: How to make the best Holiday Chocolate Crinkle Cookies


We're excited to share our famous Chocolate Crinkly Cookie recipe with you all. We've made this recipe thousands of times and love it sooo much. We want you to enjoy it as much as we do!

Chocolate Crinkle Cookie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Butter (room temperature)
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 ½ cups Flour
  • 1 ½ cups Cocoa
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • Icing Sugar for rolling

Method: 

  1. Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs one at a time making sure each addition is fully incorporated. 
  3. Add vanilla to the mixture.
  4. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually stir dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
  5. Form dough into balls of about 1-3 tablespoons and place on a plate or baking tray leaving space in between each dough ball and let chill in the refrigerator until firm for approximately 10 minutes.
  6. Roll dough balls in icing sugar.
  7. Bake for 8-12 minutes at 350*F - cookies will have cracked and look slightly soft in the middle.
  8. Let cool on the tray.
  9. Enjoy! (the best part)
