This Mother's Day, we're inviting you, your moms and/or mother-figures to spend a truly special afternoon with us at Le Dolci — crafting 21 handmade chocolate truffles from scratch, learning the art of tempering, and leaving with a beautiful box of confections that taste exactly like love.
In just two hours, you'll learn to make three exquisite flavours:
🍓 Raspberry Caramel — a rosy, jewel-toned caramel with a shimmer of pink lustre
🌊 Miso Caramel — silky milk chocolate ganache crowned with a delicate Maldon salt flake
🌸 Infused Dark Chocolate — your choice of fragrant earl grey with edible flowers, or espresso with a single coffee bean
You'll work alongside our chef to dry-caramelize sugar, emulsify ganaches, and temper dark chocolate until it gleams. No experience needed — only curiosity, a sweet tooth, and someone wonderful to share the afternoon with.
