Join Chef Erica Foffi and Le Dolci for an unforgettable hands-on culinary experience celebrating the art of Italian cooking! In this 2-Course Italian Class. Guests will learn how to craft heart shaped ravioli (ricotta and spinach), with a flavourful sauce, paired with a salad and a glass of wine, and finish the experience by creating a classic tiramisù for dessert.

Whether you’re a pasta lover or a dessert enthusiast, this class blends authentic Italian techniques, fresh ingredients, and Chef Erica’s signature flair — all in a fun, interactive setting.  Perfect for foodies, date nights, or anyone looking to bring a taste of Italy home!

All ingredients and equipment is provided, you do not need to bring anything with you. Our chef will ensure that you work at a pace suitable for you.
