Chef Stephanie

Meet Chef Stephanie, a self-taught baker who joined Le Dolci in 2020. With a passion for cakes and fondant, she teaches a variety of classes including cake decorating, macarons, doughnuts, pasta, scones, focaccia, cinnamon buns, and kids' camps. Stephanie's personal IG account shows all of her WOW creation check it out @cocoandchasha & she is an amazing teacher and camp leader. 

Chef Rebecca

Meet Chef Rebecca, a baking and pastry artist who has journeyed from intern to teacher atLeDolci. Rebecca is a professional dancer and spent many years in Spain dancing for the Compañía Nacional de Danza. When she is not at the National Ballet School in Toronto, she is teaching intricate cake decorating classes and bringing joy to birthday parties with her energy and enthusiasm in the kitchen.

Chef Imke

Meet Chef Imke. Chef Imke has a background in classic culinary training from South Africa and spent many years in Nigeria studying and exploring foods and crafting up delicious recipes. Chef Imke loves teaching French pastry classes and loves sharing her passion for baking.

Chef Vanessa

Meet Chef Vanessa, she is our Head Chef expert at Le Dolci who specializes in breads, doughs and French pastries. Born and raised in the vibrant city of Dubai, she infuses her culinary creations with the rich flavours of her hometown. When she's not in the kitchen, Vanessa enjoys swimming and snorkelling, finding inspiration in the serene beauty of the beaches she loves so much.

Chef Juan

Meet Chef Juan. Juan has been working in the food industry for more than 8 years focused in formulating new recipes for breads, pastries and any sweets.

Currently Chef Juan is exploring the pasta world.

Born in Honduras he's lived abroad in cities such as Paris, Orlando, Chicago and now residing in Toronto. In his free time he likes to enjoy outdoor runs, eating with friends and traveling to new countries. 

Hellen K

Meet Hellen K who is our party booking Queen. She helps groups large and small have the best time here at the school.

Head Chef - Megan C

Chef Megan is a self-taught baker with a passion for buttercream cakes and royal icing cookies. She studied English and History at Trent University, initially planning to become a teacher before following her true calling in baking and pastry.

Today, Chef Megan is Head Chef at Le Dolci Culinary School, where she shares her love of cake and pastry with students from around the world.

Lisa Sanguedolce

Meet Lisa, the Owner & Founder of Le Dolci Culinary Classroom, Le Dolci Bakery and Elle Dee Cakes (both bakeries now sold).

She is our fearless leader and juggles all things sales, marketing, HR and new class development and partnerships at Le Dolci Culinary School.

Chef Sarah

With more than 17 years of experience, Sarah Fortunato transforms art into edible masterpieces. She began her creative journey studying sculpture at OCAD University before turning her focus to pastry arts at George Brown College, where she earned numerous accolades in cake and chocolate sculpting, as well as pastry innovation. Sarah quickly rose to become Executive Pastry Chef at The Liberty Belle before launching her own successful business specializing in custom cakes and chocolates. In 2015, she returned to George Brown College as an instructor and curriculum developer, where she continues to inspire the next generation of pastry chefs through her dedication to craft, creativity, and teaching. 

Chef Chiara

Chiara studied at Niagara College for pastry and has over 5 years of experience in the food industry. Her experience is multifaceted in bakeries, pâtisseries, events and fine dining. Chiara's goal is to bring a fun and bright spirited atmosphere to the classroom, while sharing tips and tricks from the industry.

Savannah Brown - Master Mixologist & Hospitality Expert

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Savannah Brown has cultivated a career defined by passion, creativity, and an unwavering dedication to the guest experience.Savannah has developed a deep and genuine passion for the art of mixology — transforming it from a craft into an experience. She approaches every cocktail with an artist’s eye and a scientist’s precision, curating exceptional, bespoke cocktail experiences that go far beyond the glass.

Chef Mikayla

Mikayla is a classically inspired pastry chef with years of professional experience and a deep love for the craft. Having had the opportunity to study in Canada at our beloved George Brown and in France at École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie, she developed a refined appreciation for the precision and artistry behind classic French techniques — a foundation that continues to shape everything she creates and teaches.
