Sirine Fodstad currently lives in Oslo, Norway. Born in Tunisia and childhood years spent in Oslo. She has family who live in Tunisia, Italy and Norway.
Sirine has lived 17 years outside of Norway, in 6 countries including Tunisia, United States, France, Trinidad and Tobago, Holland and 10 years in London, UK. Her career in HR and as a Management Consultant, has afforded her the opportunity to travel the world and experience all kinds of different cuisine.
She loves cooking and baking, especially when she gets to cook for family and friends! Sirine spends a lot of time travelling and visiting cafes and restaurants around the world with a few favourite spots in each city like London, New York, Singapore and her love of Caribbean food!
