The best baking experience for kids is fast approaching with our Junior Cake Decorating Camp starting August 21 and continuing to the 25. Here, food and fun go hand in hand, as our camp allows your child to decorate four amazing cakes and learn top notch decorating skills from renowned Toronto pastry chefs!
Each day from 9am-3:30pm your child will learn different decorating skills to design their own unique creations using fondant and real buttercream. You’ll be amazed each time by the cakes your child brings home as they will be designing a Burgers and Fries Cake, a Drip Cake, A Minion Cake and a Monster Cake! Lunch and snacks will be provided for each child.
The best part about our camp is you can sign up your child for an individual day rather than the whole week to help fit your schedule and ensure your child makes their favourite cake from the list. Click here to sign up for the week or pick your desired decorating day. If you have any questions regarding the class or ingredients, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can’t wait to transform your child into a star decorator!

We are known for making the most creative custom cakes. Thanks to the magic of fondant and our talented cake decorators, we make cake dreams come true. No vision is too crazy for our team.
Golfing takes a lot of focus and accuracy in order to make your swing, some play the game for leisure and others play competitively. We have recently been creating the coolest golf cake this side of the city cake course. We’ve sent our golf cake creation to the top golfers and golf clubs in the city including St. George’s, Scarboro, Rosedale and Donalda.
The cake features green grass, sandy brown turf, a flag, a golf ball and a fondant hat on top. The cake is completed with a fondant golf bag placed on the side with multiple clubs peeking out. We make sure the details are top notch to impress all of our golf fans and athletes while giving them a tasty treat.
Click here to order your very own golf cake, we hope our cake is a hole in one success!

Cabello By Carolina is a hairstyling business owned and operated by Aylin C Abraham. She creates unique hairstyles to reflect every occasion her clients attend. She recently hosted a Hair Braiding Workshop at our friend’s Smithery Style’s studio. The event was super intimate and lavish while providing guests with the best tips and tricks on mastering different braids.
We were fortunate enough to supply the event our custom sugar cookies! We created combs and towels finished with the Cabello logo across them. The guests loved them just as much as they loved the braiding lessons! Check out some images of the event and our custom cookies below!
We want to thank Aylin for having us and can’t wait to work on more future projects! If you would like to include some of our tasty treats at your next event, send us an email at email@example.com.

Meet Cake Decorator and Pastry Chef, Daniela Colonna, an always smiling, hugely talented member of our team. She attended George Brown College before joining our Le Dolci and advocates for anything chocolate. Today, we asked Daniela to answer 10 questions with us so we could get to know a little more about her. Here is her Staff Portrait.
Q 1. If you were a new entry to the cake case, which cake would you be?
I would be a chocolate cake with salted caramel buttercream because both those flavours are great!
Q 2. If you could be a cupcake, what flavour would you choose?
Again, chocolate and salted caramel, because it’s just too hard to look beyond those.
Q 3. Who is your favourite superhero?
Q 4. What is your spirit animal?
A Panda, because they are cute and adorable, and they love to eat and sleep like I do.
Q 5. What is one word that describes you best?
Babyface, as I am called by my colleagues.
Q 6. What is your favourite part about being a cake baker/decorator?
I love to be a part of special celebrations and make people happy with my cakes.
Q 7. Are there any suggestions or advice you would like to tell customers?
I always advise my clients to order more cake than they think is enough, so that they don’t fall short. It is always better to have extra cake than not being able to feed all guests.
Q 8. What has been your best creation so far?
I have been the creator of a three-foot tall Easter egg and 50 Shades of Grey themed cake, both of which are very close to my heart.
Q 9. Who inspires you the most, and why?
I consider my Grandma to be pretty awesome and am inspired by her.
Q 10. Who would you like to share a piece of cake with, dead or alive?
With the Queen, I would like to pick her brain over a slice of cake.
Our staff are in shop Monday-Friday putting cakes together for various different events and retailers. Located at 1006 Dundas Street West across from Trinity Bellwoods Park, you can see them through our store front window working their hardest to meet the demands of our beloved clients. Drop by and take a look for yourself!
